100% Pinot Noir sourced from different soil types across the estate for added complexity. Grapes are partially de-stemmed and fermented for seven days. The pressed wine & free-run wine is aged separately and gently filtered prior to blending and bottling.
With notes of blackberry and blackcurrant on the nose and a palate that is round and supple. Just great for the Summer and if you like serve it slightly chilled.
