Our Festival Bier is a 5.7% golden lager that we brewed to celebrate all things heritage barley. We’ve used a greatest hits mega-blend of 10 of our favourite barley varieties. These often-forgotten grains have become a part of the fabric of Newbarns and in many ways this beer is the epitome of what we’re all about. Barley varieties: Haná, Plumage Archer, Scotch Annat, Scotch Common, Maris Otter, Golden Promise, Bere, Chevallier, Barke and Isaria.
