Bright, pale yellow. On the nose, there are abundant, ripe orchard fruits, particularly pear, with a hint of spices. Incisive Chardonnay on entry, then fine, mature Pinot Noir and Meunier fruit on the mid-palate.

Joseph’s Cuvée Royale Brut NV is aged in Roman Cellars for a minimum of 3 years.
