Includes:
Busselton Boys, Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc, Australia
Fresh and vibrant with notes of cut grass and passion fruit. The wine is endowed with tropical and lime citrus flavours while finishing crisp and dry. Perfect drinking for any occasion. A short period of contact with yeast lees has built further complexity and texture into the palate.
2020 Grant Burge, League of Three, Chardonnay
Fermented in stainless steel with “a short maturation in French oak,” fruit is sourced from both the Limestone Coast and Grant Burge’s Barossa homeland. Fruit is to the fore, melon and apple, just a small suggestion of oak, the wine quite crisp in the finish with pear-drop hints always in the background.
56 Hundred, Chenin Blanc, South Africa
A generous and rewarding wine that boasts a vibrant tropical fruit profile. The bouquet is immediately forthcoming with abundant aromas of guava, apricot and white peach that greet the nose. A well-balanced palate continues with the aromatic profile of the nose, allowing ripe fruit flavours on the mid palate before ending with a pleasant finish. Pairs well with Chinese cuisine, pork and mild curries.
