After a decade of care and slow oak maturation this is a wonderful example of the complex nutty & mature fruit flavours of tawny port.

1 x Champagne Vauban Frere Brut NV
A blend of Premier Cru Pinot Noir from the vineyards of Bisseuil and Pinot Meunier of Damery with a blended reserve wine taking up 30% of the assemblage. Straw colour with fine bubbles and light sparkling mousse. A fruity nose with a fresh, light, lively and balanced palate, with a long-lasting flavour.

1 x Pouilly Fume, Loire
Elegant flowery bouquet. Honeysuckle with gooseberry & green apples with classic smoky undertones and hints of flinty gun smoke. Half grown on a silex base, lending elegance and structure, and half grown on limestone, creating a gentler flowery character. The fruit from each area is vinified separately and then blended to create perfectly balanced Pouilly Fume.

2 x 2019 Chateau Perron, Lalande de Pomerol
Presents beautifully. Profound garnet-red, slightly amber at rim. Attractive nose of red berries, sour cherry, spices and menthol with some oak and liquorice notes. The palate reveals a subtle, delicate wine and a velvety texture with beautifully ripe, plump tannins. Fresh, spicy finish. A very fine, easy-to-drink with good cellaring potential.
