2020 Casali del Barone, 150+1 Bianco
The varietals in this Langhe Bianco consist of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Arneis, both grown in sandy limestone soil which helps give this wine a wonderful freshness and purity of character. The small addition of Arneis into the wine gives the profile a precise focus. Aged for 2 months on its lees, this Chardonnay dominant wine is well rounded with delicate bready tones and hints of butter. The fruit is pure and fresh with lots of delicate ripe stone fruit and gentle citrus.

2020 Boccantino Passerina
This organic Passerina has a floral and fruity nose with a fresh and soft taste. Notes of lime, jasmine, apples and citrus fruit on the palate.
2022 Boccantino Negroamaro
This organic Negroamaro shows an intense nose of blackberry and plum. On the palate it is rounded, well-balanced, with a persistent and long finish.
2022 Gergenti Grillo
From a careful selection of Grillo grapes exclusively from organic farming. Wine with a light straw yellow colour, fruity with a finish of Sicilian citrus. In the mouth it is clean, soft with a good level of acidity. The grapes are harvested by hand in the second week of August. After the soft pressing of the grapes, a slow fermentation process begins that takes place at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C for about 15/20 days. After a short period in the tank, the wine is aged in the bottle for 3 months.
2021 Gergenti Frappato
This Gergenti Organic Frappato, made from organically grown grapes, embodies the unique charm of Sicily. Red ruby colour. The aroma is fresh, fruity with a scent of blueberries and red berries. The grapes are handpicking in early of August. After the harvest the grapes are left to be macerated with their skins for 6 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in stainless steel tank. After that, the wine is aged in bottle for another month. Perfect as aperitif, light dishes and with white meat. Excellent with cheese and light starters. Serving temperature: 18°- 20°C.
