This elegant white from the Bianco di Custoza undergoes a cool fermentation in steel tanks to preserve delicate aromas as well as an extended period on fine lees before bottling to give a lovely smooth texture to the wine. Intense fresh nose of pears and honeysuckle followed by a soft and round palate full of pink lady apples, lemon peel and peaches, fresh acidity and a pronounced mineral note gives good balance and structure to the wine.
