A deep red colour with inky black tones. Aromas of blackberries, cherries and red fruit. On the palate the wine is medium bodied, with juicy tannins, pure and very generous. Hand harvested then fermented with selected and native yeasts in 8 and 17 ton closed-top stainless-steel tanks. Aged in American oak barrels for 9 months.
