Grown on organic vineyards in Sicily on soils consisting of calcareous clay with a rich iron component. A rich, ruby red in colour with violet reflections and a pronounced nose of dark cherries and bramble fruits. The palate is medium bodied with juicy flavours of cherry jam, raspberries, and a spicy finish. Excellent balance of acidity, ripe fruits and soft tannins.
