This Saint Julien comes from a 1 hectare plot on the Château du Glana estate and is made by the latter’s award winning winemaking team. Cabernet dominates with around 70% of the blend with 30% Merlot. The wine is aged in oak with 45% new casks. It has a perfumed nose of blackberries, red plums, and spice, then medium bodied on the palate with velvety dark fruit and silky tannins.
