A slightly higher strength bottling of Doorly’s awesome XO Rum, weighing in at 43% ABV. The lip-smacking blend of Barbados rums was finished in an Oloroso sherry cask before bottling, so there’s a good helping of chocolate and spice among the tropical notes.
Dry oak and earthy vanilla pod, with cocoa, raisins and charred banana, with a dark treacle finish.
