Producing this best-selling red wine in a cool climate is challenging due to the method, but the wine has exceeded expectations despite having limited production. It has a bright aroma featuring wild strawberry, dark cherry, cranberry, and a touch of baking spice. The combination results in a rounded and delicate palate with the hint of redcurrant acidity, fine tannins, and spice finish. While the wine is best enjoyed in its youth, aging it for a few years will be worth the wait.

Using a mix of traditional and modern techniques to craft an assortment of well-balanced and distinct wines. This English red wine is made from carefully selected Pinot Noir fruit that is partially crushed and cold macerated for at least a week before fermentation. A portion of whole bunch and stems are also included.

After fermentation, the wine is macerated for at least a week before undergoing partial malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged in second fill French oak barrels for 3 months before bottling. As a result, this wine is a ripe and youthful cool climate English red wine with a full-flavored palate featuring juicy red berries and broad tannins, coupled with a nose of wild strawberries, cherries, and subtle spice.
